In honor of all the graduates out there, Brian played "High School Never Ends" and wondered if that's true. Do the superficial cliques and competition continue into adulthood... or do people eventually "grow up"?

With the largest environmental disaster in our history still spewing oil into the Gulf, President Obama's leaving on vacation. He's skipping out on Memorial Day also...is this just wrong?

A tale of two college girls."
1) A student in Glendale admited she faked her own kidnapping to avoid having to admit she'd dropped out of UCLA. Should she have to pay for the public resources used to search for her? Should she face criminal charges?
2) It was recently revealed that an Atlanta student entered the country illegally at age 11. Immigration officials have said she will be allowed to complete her education, and then deported. Is this a civil rights disaster, or appropriate immigration policy?

Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade's wife has filed a lawsuit against actress Gabrielle Union, claiming Union's involvement with Wade has inflicted emotional and mental distress on the couples children. Brian asks, can we put the blame on the new person if a new relationship leads to issues for children involved?

Arizona wants to fire teachers whose accents might make it difficult for students to understand them. On the heels of its controversial new immigration reform law, could this be another example of racially-motivated policy making in the state, or the appropriate response to a legitimate concern?
