Here are two, no-cost, common sense plans begging to be tried. They will jolt the economy with a trickle up of hundreds of billions of dollars of private initiative and investment. They attack both the housing and unemployment problems. The irony is that these plans only require short-term, focused reductions of taxes that will not be collected anyway in the next few years!
