What are the airlines supposed to do when they receive reports of suspicious behavior by passengers. What if the passengers are Muslim clerics? US Airways removed six Imams they had been told were acting very suspiciously, and making anti-American statements. Many of the claims proved to be false, but the airline had no way of knowing prior to investigating. And now the airlines has settled a lawsuit filed by the clerics in a confidential out-of-court settlement.
