Arsonist On The Lose

  Contra Costa Sheriff's are looking for an arsonist who set 3 cars on fire last night in the El Sobrante and Richmond areas. Last week investigators were looking for a suspect in 10 other vehicle fires in the East Bay. So far no arrests have been made.
