at about 3 p.m. by a doctor who was concerned that one of his patients would harm himself.

Police say the man made vague threats, and was believed to have at least one gun, so negotiators were called to the scene and eventually made contact with him.

The man was taken away from the building in an ambulance after police used flash grenades. No one was hurt.
